FLASH: Need your help folks........

Hey thanks for the input last time people most appreciated.


Anyway i decided to revamp the site (http://www.lathwood.co.uk/new)


But in the main part i have a Movie Clip within the main timeline. What i want to do is have that movie clip as the navigation system and when a browser clicks on a link it  plays from a certain frame in the main timeline. How do i do it? Anyway you can have a look (please) at the link above or for a direct link go to http://www.lathwood.co.uk/new/main.html. Plus i have uploaded the .fla file at http://www.lathwood.co.uk/main.zip.
