FLASH: autorun.ini cd for flash

do you know how to create an  *.ico  file for an autorun.ini?

I know it is supposed to be 32x32 pixels, but I can't seem to find the *.ini

extension anywhere.  Can I just take a *.bmp and change the extension to

*.ico?


whaaddaya think?
