RE: FLASH: MC Hell: Warning...Newbie

Put a stop action in the first frame of your timeline (or where the 1st MC

is located).


In the first frame of the 2nd MC put a stop action (if in the same frame as

MC #1). 


Now in the last frame of MC #1 use Tell Target to tell MC #2 to play, and

put a stop action at the end of MC #1.


At the end of MC #2 use Tell Target to tell the main target (/) to play...

and put a stop action at the end of MC #2.


This should work, the only thing that might not is because of the stop

action the MC #1 won't play... if it doesn't (but I think it should) use

Tell Target in that frame in the main timeline to tell MC #1 to play.

As a newbie, I'm screamin'.

 THE PROBLEM:  I have 2 MCs.

                                I want to instruct the 1st MC to play

completely, and then instruct the timeline to play the second completely

before moving along on the timeline. i'm pretty sure this is so basic that

I'm truly humiliated. Can anyone assist? (Grateful mewling noises).
