When a movie loads, it does not execute frame actions, it just loads the
frames so that graphic and audio content are ready to go. So LoadMovie
commands don't get carried out until the lower-level movie actually runs.
To force additional movies to preload, you would need to put the load movie
command in the portion of the first movie that loops while preload is
taking place. teh base level movie still cannot test when higher level
movies have finished loading -- you have to have them test themselves and
then talk back to the lower-level movie if you need it to know when they're
ready to play.
Got to ask: why do you want a 100% preloader. It's almost never necessary,
and frequently results in an unnecessarily long a wait for the user.
