Hi Grant.  I haven't found Daniel Brown's messages to be particularly

sarcastic or patronizing.  I do think that Mr Brown and Mr Dowdell both

know exactly how to get that knife twisted just right to make the other

scream, but other than that it's useful to have both sides presenting

their viewpoint occasionally.  True, it's a macromedia product list--I

just hope John Dowdell is as active on the Adobe lists as Daniel Brown

is on this one.  None of their posts has made me think an iota less of

Flash or Photoshop or Illustrator, all of which I use regularly and

really enjoy, though I am considering trying Freehand as well now...
