Just make your flash on the white movie backgrounds and in the HTML publish settings choose for transparant windowless in the window mode setting

Is there a way to make a background with HTML and have the flash movie on the
highest z-value? I want to use a background I have created in Photoshop, but
have the active part of the site in flash. Is this possible? If so are there
any steps I have to take like making the flash movie on a transperant
background or something like that. I tried to import it into flash but when I
previewed and put it on the web there were big white borders around the
background image.
