FLASH: Changing Movie Size

Is there anyway to change the size of my movie and tell it where I want the 

pixels to disappear from. For example, I need to remove 134 pixels from the 

top, 15 pixels from the bottom, and 5 pixles from each side.  Please tell me 

that there is way to do this, something like 'resize canvas' in Photoshop.
