FLASH: loadMC question

hello all, 


i am loading a swf file into a movie clip instance on my main timeline.  the swf is the exact same size as the movie clip it is moving into.  it seems as if the MC is being loaded about 75 pixels to the right and 75 pixels down, not (0,0)-/relative to the MC/ as i had anticipated.  of course i can just scoot the blank MC up (-75, -75), or set x&y positions on the loaded MC, but this is cheating and i was wondering if there is something i am missing that will make the MC's line up correctly.
