We've had tons of trouble with mindspring beginning exactly at the point

that they merged with earthlink (and a bare minimum of problems before

that), at home and at work, and at the homes of my co-workers (lexington

being rather limited as to choices, most of us were/are on mindspring). Much

as I love Apple/Macs, I think maybe apple made a mistake :p and I'm

certainly not looking forward to web products from this quarter. Have you

tried the on-line help pages from mindspring/earthlink? - they're broke

(again, new with the merger). And on more than one occasion, they don't seem

to realize it's impossible to access web-based help if your server is down

:p


The advantage of MM - some problems (sometimes serious), some lack of

features (always want more, more, more ;) but their products work. I

recommend them without reservation when an opportunity presents itself

because I know they get the job done well, and with a fair minimum of

hassle.
