Tip: To make small fonts more readable, use text fields instead of text blocks.
Text used in text fields does not anti-alias by default.
Create a text field, and choose Modify > Text Field. Deselect the first checkbox to disable the white background / black border. Select "Disable Editing" and "Disable Selection". Do not include font outlines.
Additional benefits: Since no font information is enclosed, the file size is smaller.
Drawback: Not for use with custom fonts. Best used if text is displayed with a device font (_sans, _serif or _typewriter).
