Hi Ilia,
I don't know if I got the picture, but are you sure you use a symbol type
movieclip? MCs start automatically, so that you just have to put a 'goto
frame 1 and play'-command in the second frame to start it over. when
appaearing on the scene, this clip should start looping immediately.
I myself regularly use these loops quite often to move objects around,
detect collision, etc...
