FLASH: Netscape 6 is a Flash Nightmare

Heads up kids, the P1 release of Netscape 6 is an absolute nightmare in 

terms of displaying Flash 3, Flash 4, LiveMotion and especially those 

therein that use text-load and LoadMovie commands.


Best check your own work thoroughly before allowing N6; and if issues 

exist, set up your server-side parsing agents to pull out the N6 browsers 

and warn them that your stuff may not function under this preview 

release; and that they should return with an older browser version.


Also note that it adopts that gawdawful Wintel default text-size of 

96dpi, for those of you not using style sheets in related pages.


Remember, 'Preview' is just a pretty word for 'Beta'.
