Subject: | FLASH: movie clip overload |

Hi,
I've created a small animated 3d rendering in my modeling tool (Truespace). It contains 250 frames. I want to bring it into flash and create a movie clip to use in a flash animation. I can import all the cells into the frames, but when I select, copy and create
new symbol (MC) then paste into frame one of the flash scene I get an error code from Flash. It says "operation failed from an unknown error"...okay
I can take the frames in blocks of 50 and do this operation described above, but then when I drop the mc into a frame in the main scene, I get a error box up with a big yellow " ! " and the word flash. Seems like flash just can't handle that number of cells at
once. (I'm running a PIII at 700mhz w/384mb ram, shouldn't be a hardware issue)
Can someone help me debug this or suggest a way to deal with large number of frames/cell like this. If I import all the movie cells into the frames and leave it like that, the flash movie runs fine, but that seems like an inefficient way of doing things, plus I
can't re-use the object as I would if it were saved as a mc.
thanks, john
