FLASH: site of the day

any macromedia people on the list feel free to answer this...

I have seen some very unworthy sites recieve the honor many great sites like 

balthasar and yugop have gotten with the macromedia shocked site of the day.  

how exactly do they pick the winner?  i have noticed that even if the flash 

isnt impressive and the site is commercial or otherwise popular, it wins.  

Whats up?  when are the little people going to get a chance?
