I can address two issues here.
1. Text from movie clips may not duplicate in the exported HTML file. I have had reports of this, and we are researching this. I can confirm that we're aware of it.
2. Text from the movie is added once per *every* frame in the movie the text occupies. This was brought up a long time ago - I think we agree that this is not necessary for Flash to add it every time a frame comes along. This was documented as a TechNote:

I don't know if it's intended to be addressed in Flash 5. Currently, the options are to leave it the way it is, delete the text by hand, or delete the $MT tag in the template to disable this option altogether.
