Think animation and basic actions. MP3 audio and scripting were introduced
in version 4, and are not yet supported by QuickTime.

Some quick hits:
-- alpha transparency: OK
-- shape morphing: OK
-- variables: nope
-- editable text: nope
-- navigation actions: OK
-- movie clips: OK (pretty sure; test)
-- tell target: OK (ditto)
-- load variables: nope

I'm still in a somewhat coffee-deprived state here, so please don't take
that quick list as gospel, but I hope it gives a flavor of the differences
between versions.
