FLASH: Copy and Paste Button Instances leads to Problems????

I have had more than my share of buttons that are hard to select.  Only a 

portion of the graphic being active, e.g.   I've gone into the hit area 

and made sure the hit doesn't overlap, but the problem is way too common. 

 


I am wondering adding an action to a button, then cutting and pasting it 

to a new frame or scene, or adding  F6 instance of the button would in 

any way contribute to the confusion of mouse selects for buttons in a 

.swf.


It is starting to drive me crazy, having to fix all these buttons over 

and over again in movies that work just fine in the unexported file...
