1. set the button in movie 1 to go to another (html) page where you've

embedded movie two and so on and so on

    the action of the button would look like:

   On (Release)

      Get URL ("yourmoviepage2", window="_self")

   End On


   I have also set the frame/window to open the movie in to "_self" so there

aren't opening any new windows.


3. Use scenes, why don't you place the contents of movie1(preloader) into a

new scene in movie2(main page).

    Just select all the frames in movie1 and do "copyframes" (right click on

it) then you go to movie2, open the window->inspectors->scene window  from

within flash and add a new   scene, select your scene from the scenes

window. go to the timeline, select the first frame on the timeline and do

"paste frames" (right click on it).

now go back to the scenes pallette and change the order of the scenes so

that your preloader movie is on top of the list.


Now make sure to set the "frameloaded" command to check if a frame is loaded

in the scene which was originally movie2.
