FLASH: My symbol mc doen not work , keep forgeting something

In F4, created a new symbol, as an mc.

Added objects and tweened them,

In the Lib window clicking on the motion arrow playes the mc

but droping it in the F4 mc it does not play.

What did I forget to do, again....
