z-order, in case they aren't listening at the moment, is the "level" the
item is on as far as "who's on top?" - this demo he built was to show that
we can dynamically change the z-order...you click on one that is "under"
another square, and it magically comes up and over the others.
I think he does it with a slight-of-hand. :-)
