FLASH: split rollover

Hi, everybody.

What is the easiest way to make a split rollover in Flash?

I mean, when you roll over a button, the name of the button shows up

not beside it, but on top of the page or wherever. I am aligning the names 

in the button editor window, that does not show the rest of the page. Any 

tips for faster way of doing stuff like that?

The second part of the problem that I am having is that

I am having a hell of a time trying to make an ANIMATED rollover which has a 

movie clip for over state. The name of the button is supposed to fly from a 

button to the particular place on the page. Because MC don't show up in 

Flash, I can't align the end position of them.
