If an intranet does not permit ActiveX installations from the web, then you
might consider having the intranet's staff install the versions of Flash
that ship with their operating system, and with their browsers.

You might also consider taking advantage of the zero-cost licensing for
intranet distribution of the Flash Players:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/shockwave/info/licensing/

IE/Win is also able to use Netscape Plugins, but it can do more with
ActiveX Controls, and you'd probably run across similar permissions issues
either way. Hope one of the above paths helps out here!
