Jo,

How about creating a product that quite obviously infringes another
company's Trade Mark. Then promoting a service which carries a heap of
hidden restrictions. Finally suggesting that the service is 'free' when in
fact you are charged when you wish to move elsewhere, redirect, or if you do
not use the service for 90 days.
