Yes, I'm so looking forward to being woken at 5am to take delivery of those
nice fashionable trainers I ordered from brandfever.

The obvious solution to the problem of e-fulfilment - and just about
everything else - is for people to work at home. If you can't get with the
new economy, don't try to get with the new economy. Or something.
