So - to clarify - if I sell the cheapest CDs on the net, but I don't
pay a click-thru or sales percentage to *anyone*, including Kelkoo,
can I still figure in the Kelkoo comparision?

If the answer is 'yes', then that's fantantastic! If the answer is
'no', then that's not so bad either, as you are still providing a
useful service, and making money on the way. But you are still only
price-comparing a limited amount of retailers with whom you have
relationships.
