In response to Dan's message, I can confirm that Kelkoo.com is completely

independant in the way that we return search results and they are not biased

by commercial relationships we have with our listed merchants,


Yes, our business model is such that merchants will pay a click-through or

commission for the qualified traffic that we send to them (a sound business

model), but this does not affect the result of the user's search in any way.

We aim to feature the best and the cheapest online stores in each of the 10

price comparison categories on our site. If users find cheaper prices

elsewhere we encourage them to tell us so that we can feature that merchant

also.


The results are returned in the order that we receive them from our

merchants. This is all to do with how each merchant decides to provide the

data to us and their speed of response to each enquiry. The user can then

sort results by price, title or other criteria, making the results

completely unbiased.


Although we do earn commissions, we are 100% commited to providing the

highest possible service to the end user.
