We’re searching for London’s most exciting start-ups to join us for a very exciting competition to win $50,000 of Alibaba Cloud credits as well as a fabulous package of prizes.
Want to take your startup to next level? Want to stand on a global stage and show the world your business? Then it’s time to learn a bit more about Create@Alibaba Cloud.
The Create@Alibaba Cloud Startup Contest (CACSC) is a global entrepreneur contest organized by Alibaba Cloud and is the largest startup event Alibaba Group has hosted to date. This year we will hold regional contests in the United States, UK, France, Korea, Dubai, Hong Kong and in major provinces throughout China. During these regional contests, the most promising and innovative startups will be selected and invited to China for the world final which will be held on Alibaba Cloud’s biggest stage, the Yunqi Computing Conference, to be held in October 2016.
The first stage of CACSC is set for London, where Alibaba Cloud will work with London & Partners and Cocoon Networks to host the contest. The content offers very attractive rewards and future cloud infrastructure support programs including up to $216,000 in cloud resource credits.

Awards
There are three awards for London session participants:
1. Competition finalists:
- Eligibility for Alibaba Cloud’s international startup program Create@Alibaba Cloud where participants will receive and win USD $10,000 credit in cloud resources and free 1 on 1 Cloud infrastructure solution planning with Alibaba Cloud Architects.
- Free working space provided by Cocoon Networks and exclusive membership to access to all facilities in the Cocoon Net?works London Building.
- Strong Mentor Support from Cocoon Networks and the Mayor’s International Business Program.
- ICP application support, making it easy and smooth to set up your website and applications in China.
- Access to free offline workshops/events, global conferences including the Alibaba Annual Cloud Conference in Hangzhou and various other startup competitions.
- Opportunities to connect with investors/incubators/co-working spaces in China.
- Co-branding opportunities with Alibaba and Cocoon Networks
2. The winner of London session:
In addition to the resources mentioned above, the winner of the competition will also receive the following:
- USD $50,000 credit to be used on Alibaba Cloud products and services.
- An invitation to the Alibaba Cloud Yunqi Conference for the world final. There the winner will have the opportunity to meet the top investment firms in China and gain coverage from global media. The trip to China is provided and sponsored by London & Partners.
3. The champion of CACSC world final:
In addition to the benefits mentioned above, the winner of the global final, held in Hangzhou on October 2016, will receive the following rewards: - USD $216,000 credit to be used on Alibaba Cloud products and services. - A place in the Alibaba Cloud’s The Next Big program. - A tailor-made marketing support plan which will give the winner access to global media exposure and opportunities to meet with investors.
